July 3, 1956 to be exact, this couple, Florence and Emil Bartels had a baby boy. They named him Louie. 
Louie was just the cutest darn thing at 6 years old, and he looked pretty huggable too! He was born with the sweetest, most caring personality, and the biggest heart in all of Jackson county.
Today he is 53, and he is still the most loving, caring person I know. He is also my very best friend. I feel SO blessed that God hand picked him just for me.
