I’ve been going green lately and making my own cleaning products. Here is my latest recipe, and this one is for cleaning the toilet. It’s simple and safe, and products I already had on hand.
I put White Distilled Vinegar in a spray bottle, and I put Arm & Hammer Baking Soda in an empty, cleaned out peanut butter jar. I took the lid to hubby’s shop and drilled some holes in the lid.
Start with an unclean toilet:
Sprinkle baking soda all over the inside of the toilet bowl above the water line:
Spray vinegar all over on top of the baking soda and let it sit for a minute or two:
Then ‘Brush ‘n Flush’! All done!
Love the inexpensive and common ingredient solution. That is such a logical application process!

We have real hard well water so I am always looking for ways to keep the stools clean...the vinegar should help solve some of that problem.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to try this Michelle, thanks for sharing!
