White Amaryllis on Red

I found this lovely framed piece by Danhui Nui at the Salvation Army store yesterday. It was a bit more than I would have liked to spend on it, but I REALLY liked it, so I brought it home. Most everything on my walls and in my house came from thrift stores. It’s the best place to shop! Rolling on the floor laughing

This morning, Louie helped me hang it up. I was afraid while I had it in the store that it might be too orange, but I decided to get it anyway and take my chances. I think it is perfect, and I love it!

What are you doing today that is making you happy?

God’s peace is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 TLB

I really do like it; I think it looks great on the wall!!

Today our church celebrated its 10th anniversary and it raised the money it wanted for the building fund to get our own building down the road so that made me happy indeed!
