Saturday was our December ‘Loose Tensions’ get together. In December, if the weather is good, we have a potluck and eat ourselves silly.
Kate treated everyone by bringing her computer and Cricut to make t-shirt transfers for us all. She designed our logo, and I think she did a wonderful job! Thank you Kate! Here is the logo she came up with, and how it looks, applied to a t-shirt. I love it! December’s Birthday girl was Margaret, so she had gifts to open. We all just worked on our own things today. It was very relaxing. We had lots to eat! We had our fat quarter exchange, and we had Christmas gifts to open! I made us all a tree ornament, and put a couple packets of hand needles inside the pocket. Here’s my pile of goodies! We had a couple of girls who couldn’t make it, but we hope they will be able to join us again next month.
Thanks for the visit. Have a wonderful week, and be blessed!
From the looks of the pictures all the ladies had a blast...with all the gifts and food don't see how you accomplished much quilting...the fellowship was priority anyway.

ReplyDeleteOh how fun! Was this at your house? How did you get this started? Is it a new group? I would love to find someone experienced that would have a group like this here in my town to learn from. Looks like so much fun.
