In fact….it’s been here since Tuesday. It’s still in the box. The books came today. The only thing I have not received is the tote bag to put it in.
I’m waiting til I’m bright eyed and bushy tailed so I can sit down, relax, read, and (hopefully) absorb, then apply what I’ve learned. I’d hate to screw it up right from the start. That would be bad. Besides…I’ve got a couple girls depending on me to learn, so I can help THEM learn. The pressure…OH the pressure!
Are you ready for the holidays?
Be blessed!
Michelle
Have fun with it!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy playing with your new 'toy' and I hope you'll share what you learn with all of us.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and yours and a Happy, Healthy New Year!

I guess we're as ready as we can be. Not much to do this year. I wish we lived closer; I have thought of getting a serger but my MIL has one and she's awfully kind to me. I'm going to be sewing some baby things. I have what I would describe as a limited sewing education. High school home ec and self taught. I'd like to be better at 'finishing' things. They often look better on the outside than the inside!
ReplyDeleteTalk to you later,,,,,,

ReplyDeletemy sons bought me a vintage one from a thrift store more than a year ago. I tried to use it, but, broke the thread. It's been sitting in the basement ever since. I really need to try it again. Good luck.
