November 1st was the day we gathered for our monthly quilting. It was Margaret’s turn to choose the service project for the day, and she chose to make Alzheimer’s quilts again. Here they are. I don’t know who made which ones.
I do know who made this one though….ME!
Margaret chose tonal fabrics, and here is what we all got. So YUMMY!!!
As you can see, I was pretty lax with the camera, so no faces to show. Sometimes you just ‘get into’ the day, and forget to take pictures. And sometimes, life gets in the way, and people don’t blog about November’s meeting until almost January (then post it with a back date!) Oh, I’m so naughty! (I hope Santa didn’t notice!)
Update: The little Alzheimer’s quilts, all 27 of them, have been delivered (12/24/14) to a Memory Care unit in the Quad Cities, and the administrator of the Home was very happy to receive them.
How could Santa notice. You are such a good girl all year long he would never think that you could be naughty! ;)
ReplyDeleteSo, are they like little 'taggie' quilts?
