Happy Thanksgiving!

The turkey breast is cooked, cut off the bone, warming in the oven, then will move to the crock pot base to keep warm, while the corn casserole bakes in the oven. We’ll also have cranberry sauce and some kind of potato (still to be determined).                                         Then…..there will be dessert. Turtle Pumpkin Pie                                        My pie is not as pretty as the one on the plate, but I can’t wait to sink my teeth into it. Mmmmmmm!                                        There will be sewing going on today. I want to finish Louie’s quilt top, and get it ready for the quilter, which I hope to do tomorrow.

I pray all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Enjoy your families, and/or friends, and remember to give thanks to our Heavenly Father for all of the blessings in our lives, and remember our troops who can’t be home today, and be thankful for all they do to protect us.
