It Takes A Village…

Wow…talk about a ‘feel good’ moment. This gave me goose bumps and brought tears of joy to my eyes.

If you, or anyone you know can help The Sewing Machine Project, it is SEW rewarding, and I feel honored to be able to have helped. Thank you, Margaret for letting me be a part of your project.

  1. You're a special gal, Michelle! I'm sure there will be some happy sewers thanks to your hard work and generosity! I've not heard of this organization. Thanks for sharing!

  2. This gave me goose bumps too! I do know you treat each and every sewing machine you get with the most utmost respect with how you take care of it to restore it if possible or to get parts from it, etc. It is so neat the work all does for the Sewing Machine Project!

  3. How wonderful for you to be able to see another step in the process and what is happening to your machines! You're right, it looks like there are a lot of people involved to make sure these machines make it into the hands of those in need.

  4. This is one of my very favorite charities! I just love thinking about all those unwanted machines and how they will totally change the lives of women all over the world.
